Documented technologies, offered for assignment — other forms on a case-by-case basis.
The laboratory gathers technologies drawn from public documents, brings them back to life with today's means, and turns them into technology assets: complete dossiers that describe an industrial problem, the state of the art, a solution, its technical contributions and its limits, with their sources and their evidence.
What you are buying is not the idea — it is public. It is the time saved: a complete dossier, its verified sources, its tests and its evidence, the documented legal status of the source patents.
These dossiers are assigned — other forms on a case-by-case basis — or give rise to a 3D model. Their detailed content is never published: it is shared under a confidentiality agreement, after the need has been qualified.
What you receive.
A dossier is read in four steps: understand the technology, verify that it works, exploit it, and do so safely.
The technology
A summary to decide, the complete technical description, the architecture and the diagrams.
summary · description · figuresThe tests
The test protocol, the results, the raw data and a demonstration bench.
protocol · results · dataThe code and the technical contributions
The source code and, point by point, what the technology does and how it differs from the existing art.
source code · technical contributionsThe sources and the evidence
The legal status of the source patents, documented with its evidence, the neighboring patents identified on a technical basis, and the timestamped proof of the dossier's existence.
legal status · timestampingA dossier is not a patent: it does not create a monopoly. It saves you the time of research, restoration, verification and evidence.
Three levels of maturity.
It is a scale, not a stock: each dossier is ranked according to its progress.
Documented
Problem identified, state of the art mapped, primary sources gathered. Usable as a basis for study or monitoring.
Sourced
Technical contributions written, prior art and blockers identified, sourcing checked: every statement refers to a source that can be consulted.
Ready to license
Complete dossier, reviewed on the substance, test data, legal expiry of rights verified for each country, documentary pre-analysis of freedom to operate and proof of timestamping gathered. Ready for a commercial agreement.
The sectors covered.
I indicate the sector and the level of maturity. I give neither the solutions nor the technical contributions: that is what the dossier protects.
Sensors & orbital systems
Embedded instrumentation, measurement and diagnostics in a constrained environment.
dossiers available under NDAProcess control
Regulation, real-time resource reservation, automation of production benches.
dossiers available under NDAAdditive manufacturing
In-process melt control, melt-pool monitoring, real-time anomaly detection.
dossiers available under NDAComputing & emulation
Hardware acceleration and functional verification architectures.
dossiers available under NDACompact autonomous systems
Embedded control for actuators and small platforms.
dossiers available under NDAStorage & conversion
Electrical signature diagnostics, degradation detection, cell safety.
dossiers available under NDAThe state of the portfolio.
One rule: nothing is offered without proof. Every statement in a dossier refers to a named and locatable source. Today, two dossiers are finished, frozen and timestamped after review on the substance, and six assets are in the pipeline. The rest of the corpus remains upstream.
Three steps.
Qualification
You indicate the sector and the type of need. I check whether the portfolio contains a match.
Confidentiality
You sign a confidentiality agreement: you undertake not to disclose the dossier, to use it only to evaluate it, and to file no patent on its content. Nothing is shared before this step.
Transmission
Access to the complete dossier, the sources and the verification data. Discussion of the terms of assignment — other forms on a case-by-case basis.
Buyer, integrator, intellectual property firm or fund: every qualified request receives an answer.
